Andy Hallinan holding a forbidden depiction of the Prophet Muhammad
Even though this is an old story, this article should clearly illustrate the reasons as to why I left the NRA. If you did not read the article entitled "SYNTHESIS: WHY I BROKE AWAY FROM THE NRA", I suggest you give it a read. I have to say one thing I can't stand is for people to disrespect not only me as a human being but other people. And I absolutely cannot stand to see people make blanketed statements about a group of people and then seek out ways to purposely disrespect those people at the same time. Quite frankly it pisses me off.
Now, when I work with and provide African Americans and other Minorities with consultations and firearm training I always inform them of hidden dangers and social constructed stigmas people like Andy Hallinan of Florida Gun Supply pose to them. Why? Because people like him behind the counter simply do not have their best interest in mind.
Now I'm a believer of free speech, but as the Laws of Physics states:
“Every action has an equal and opposite reaction."
And with that means is you must be prepared to not only accepts but submit to the consequences that can be possibly rendered because you decided to exercise your right to “free speech”.
It's not to say that you cannot say what you want to say because you can and I believe anyone should be able to. However, we as adults should be able to understand that we just cannot say something, especially when it is negative and expect people not to say something back in return. For if we did attempt to censor someone in this fashion we would be in effect undermining the very premise of the notion of free speech.
Bassem Youssef visits a Muslim-free gun store and the shop-owner has no clue

“A Muslim Free Gun Store?” Like, “Who the fuck are you?” would be my question. It is my position that it is absolutely disrespectful for anyone to make shooting targets deplicting the Prophet Muhammad. Not because I believe in any religion, but because it’s my position that it is offensive to the people who endear him.
And by Mr. Andy Hallinan maliciously producing a depiction of the Prophet Muhammad knowing full well it will be considered disrespectful displays devious intentions that have the power to incite people to engage in aberrant behavior. Behavior like this has no other purpose than to continue to rip apart the very social fabric that holds us together.
Thus, “negative free speech" such as this only seeks to further divide the country. And when we have any business that engages in such diabolical and unethical practices I for one, would question the professional integrity of such business and recommended that people not only not spend their money there.
But even more than that, I would also recommended that people within in that district not spend their hard earned money with the surrounding businesses that operate within that district as a show of economic force.
My second question to Mr. Andy Hallinan would be: “Are you crazy?” And the reason why I would ask such a question is because you have got to be crazy considering the fact that everybody knows that it is a violation of Islamic Law to depict any kind of picture of the Prophet Muhammad.
Now the penalty from what I hear is when people engage in such actions they often times receive a death penalty in many cases. I would even go as far as saying that Mr. Andy Hallinan could be borderline suicidal because he is purposely setting himself up to possibly be killed by some Islamic Extremist / Radical Muslim.
Moreover, by Mr. Andy Hallinan engaging in this reckless behavior also displays the fact that he is not only putting in his own life at risk but, he's put in the lives of the people around his business at risk.
The reason why I say this is because it is nothing for one of these Radical Muslims to conduct a suicide bombing mission in his business. That's right; in case you haven't been following the currently war, they [Islamic Extremist / Radical Muslims] consider it a badge of honor to commit suicide by bomb. This is why radicalized Islam and Jihadist are such formidable foes. And I can say this because they don't think twice about dying for what they believe in.
My advice is if you want people to respect you, it is always in your best interest to respect other people. And respect is something that is earned and not given.
“Do onto others as you want them to do onto you.”
I hope that this biblical quote sounds familiar. Again, I’m an Atheist, and I don't believe in any kind of God. But I am a firm believer in if you disrespect me I will most likely disrespect you in some form and or fashion.
So, if you believe in equal rights for everybody; if you believe in your religious freedom and in the sanctity of it, I would recommend that people stop spending your hard earned money in that district in which that store is located. Nothing rectifies your community issues and problems more than tapping the pockets of businesses so that they act right.

My question is to you Mr. Andy Hallinan, what if people openly set up “Caucasian Male Free Stores”, and or “Caucasian Male Free Zones”. I think that you would take issue with that because you don’t know what it’s like to have the “Privilege” that you currently have until you lose it.
Although for the camera you would say you don’t know if you served a Muslim or not in your store and that’s the right thing to say when the cameras are rolling but, how do we know that statement to be true? My question is who is vetting YOU (asshole)!
I know how people like you think and I know for a fact that there are often times discriminatory thoughts that swirl around your head, so I can definitely logically induce that there are discriminatory conversations because people tend to hang around people that have the same interest as themselves.
And so I’m willing to go on a mental ledge to say that you have actually physically discriminated on someone subconsciously without possibly you being aware of it. Remember thoughts become words and words more than likely become actions. All I am doing is showing correlating thoughts and actions here.
In a separate case in another STATE, there was an article written for Fusion by Daniel Rivero in which the results of thoughts becoming words and then becoming action can be seen here in a quote by “gun range manager” Chad Neal who manages a gun range in Muskogee County Oklahoma. He stated in regards to those of the Muslim faith:
“I didn’t want any terrorists, or Muslims, cult, whatever you want to call them, training on my gun range”
So, is this what we are going to allow as people? Are we going to allow people to openly instigate and purposely disrespect people to the point that it escalates to someone getting killed? Are we now allowing the discriminatory practices of someone to place the lives of other people in danger? Remember what I told you in the VODA Logic article entitled: "SYNTHESIS: WHY I BROKE AWAY FROM THE NRA".
"When you have fear mongering working in conjunction with monolithic thought you have a recipe for cognitive disaster of epic proportions." - "Linear thought patterns such as the above examples are extremely dangerous, and that kind of thinking is significantly even more dangerous when firearms are involved.".
