CASE STUDY | RUSTY GUENARD & HIS DECLINING MENTAL HEALTH

And he said he wasen't an NRA Member/Supporter - no need to lie like that shame on you.

As you all should know well by now is that I’m really big on Mental Health. OK, I’m exceptionally big on Mental Health as it pertains to firearms. The reason I am writing this article is because I want to shed more light on Mental Health in the Gun Game not only as an issue, but as an epidemic, more specifically a severe social pathology that has an exceptionally far reach that extends all the way from the average Gun Owner all the way into the highest levels in the “Gun Game”.

From my Twitter Account. Shame that he puts down other Military Members. At this point he is officially Anti-American. It is against the Law to engage in Cyber-Stalking, Cyber-Harassment, Slander and Defamation of Character. Someone please help Rusty Guenard.

Last year, I predicted that Bob Owens who was one of my biggest hecklers, detractors and ex-Blogger for BearingArms.com had severe Mental Health Issues and that he should not have had access to Firearms. I was largely ignored and within a few months later, The mentally troubled Bob Owens committed suicide in his car.

What does Rusty Guenard mean by these threats against people who have a different perspective than he does in the above screenshot from his Facebook Account? Respecting History is one thing, but when you uphold a History that championed the harsh enslavement of people, how do you defend that?

Now we have yet another Firearm Owner by the name of Rusty Guenard who just may be headed down the same path as Bob Owens. The only difference is between him and Bob Owens is that this time we have a Prior Service Armed Forces Member (Army), who suffers from PTSD. Moreover, he suffers from PTSD in conjunction with a healthy dependency of a Schedule 1 Hallucinogen (Marijuana). Even more than that, it appears that Rusty Guenard is openly Racist and has disproportionately engaged in Cyber-Bullying, Cyber-Harrassment, Cyber-Stalking, Slander, and online acts of Defamation of Character.

Being childish is one thing, but everyone knows you don't refer to

African American's as "Chimps" and "Monkey's". Rusty Guenard is in fact a Racist.

Given his medical background (having PTSD), plus his possible dependency on a Hallucinogen (such as Marijuana), plus the fact that he has and or is currently taking Psychotropic Drugs which do have the ability to manipulate his mind, emotions, and behavior; I can hold the position that he is not fit for Firearm Ownership. If you're wondering why I can hold that kind of position that Rusty Guenard might be quite possibly dependent on a Schedule 1 Hallucinogen (Marijuana) is because he made the following statements in a 2015 CBS Interview:

“If it wasn't for Marijuana I’d most likely be dead or in Jail.”

That admission of drug use along disqualifies Rusty Guenard from Firearm Ownership. He [Rusty Guenard] goes on to say:

“I’m not a Scientist or anything like that. I’m telling you as a Veteran, it helps me. It’s responsible for saving my life.”

This is the third Social Media Platform that Rusty Guenard has Cyber-Stalked and Cyber-Harassed me on!

This is dependency at work. How? Because he is dependent on Marijuana to control his Cognition and Behavior. Think about it, because of his mental state, if he doesn’t self-medicate – according to Mr. Guenard himself there's no telling what he might do. These are not my words; this is what he openly admits to.

What makes matters worst is that he, more than likely was or is currently being prescribed some sort of Psychotropic Drugs to help mitigate the declining state of his Mental Health in terms of managing his PTSD. I can say this for two reasons. First, because it was a subject of discussion in the CBS Interview in which they reported that:

“Guenard came home from Operation Iraqi Freedom with PTSD. He said after trying pills given to him by the Veterans Administration, he became suicidal. Then he tried Marijuana and he said it gave him his life back.”

This is problematic because firearms are controlled by the Federal Government and one of the questions on the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives - ATF Form 4473 “Section e” is:

“Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, Marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug or any other controlled substance? Warning: The use or possession of Marijuana remains unlawful under Federal Law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside.”

For the purposes of clarity Rusty Guenard falls in at least two of these categories on the ATF Form 4473 Section e.

An actual ATF 4437. See Section "e"

Submitting false information on a background check is a Felony under Federal Law, punishable by up to 10 years in Prison and a Fine of up to $250,000.

U.S. Code 18 Section 1001

Secondly, Rusty Guenard has either taken and or is currently taking some sort of Psychotropic Drug(s) to help him stabilize what's left of his diminishing Mental Health condition which is centered around PTSD. This is significant when you consider the long list of side effects that the manufactures of these Psychotropic Drugs list on their websites. The top four drugs given to people that either suffer and or are diagnosed with PTSD are as follows:

  • Fluoxetine (Prozac)

  • Paroxetine (Paxil)

  • Sertraline (Zoloft)

  • Venlafaxine (Effexor)

To date it is well known that many Mass Shooters were either taking and or have been on some sort of Psychotropic Drugs. In addition, many have either expressed feelings of Self-Harm and or have actually engaged in the harming of others (reported and unreported). This can be attributed to the potentiation for acts of violence while taking these Psychotropic Drugs.

Don't take my word for it, in an Oct 2017 article by Business Insider entitled: “Another Mass Shooting Potentially Linked to Psychiatric Drugs” and according to the CCHR (Citizens Commission on Human Rights International (CCHR) :

“CCHR especially refers to the 27 international drug regulatory agency warnings citing psychiatric drug side effects of mania, psychosis, violence and homicidal ideation. There are also 1,531 cases reported to the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) MedWatch program alone that document psychotropic-drug induced homicidal ideation.”

The Business Insider goes on to say:

“CCHR has documented 65 high profile acts of senseless violence, including mass school shootings, mass stabbings, and even the intentional crashing of a commercial airplane, committed by individuals taking or withdrawing from psychiatric drugs, resulting in 357 dead and 336 wounded.”

So I raise the question:

“Should Rusty Guenard be allowed to own and operate firearms?”

And the answer to the above question should unequivocally be:

“HELL TO THE FUCKING NO”

As the Law currently expresses and will always express the fact that you should not be under the influence of any kind of narcotic, drug, barbiturate or substance that has the ability to alter the mind, consciousness and or the behavior of the owner or operator of any kind of firearm. It is also my position that this should be the first real rule of Firearm Safety and Firearm Ownership.

I can't help but wonder how he decides on who and or what constitutes as "Savage"? Does he have an intolerance for people with a different background than he does? Does he feel as if he is warranted in being the Judge, Jury and Executioner of someone or a group of people? And if so, who would he target?

Now I know what you're thinking, especially if your reading this and you're on some sort of Psychotropic Drug:

“I'm on it [Psychotropic Drug] and I have no intention on doing anything".

This is plausible and to some extent that may be very well true. But who knows what the future may bring? What I mean by this is: Do you know all the variables that may possibly act as "Triggers" that may lead you to commit acts of violence in the future while being on these volatile Psychotropic Drugs? The answer should be "NO" - no one does. But in it all I'll set the following right here (well right there):

“CCHR says that while not all of the millions of Americans taking these drugs will experience violent reactions, drug regulatory agency warnings confirm that a percentage will. And no one knows who will be next.”

Logically speaking in regards to the above statement this is nothing that I want to gamble with when it comes to the lives and welfare of the general public. I mean just the thought of someone like him suffering from PTSD, in combination with possibly being on Psychotropic Drugs, in conjunction with possibly having a dependency on a  Hallucinogen (such as Marijuana) and be openly racist while engaging in online Cyber-Bullying, Cyber-Harassment, Cyber-Stalking, Slander, and Defamation of Character is nothing more than a recipe for disaster.

Rusty Guenard CBS Interview

He's like a bomb with a Mercury Switch waiting to go off. Only in Rusty Guenard case plus or minus or miss a dosage and Rusty Guenard goes off! What if he actually does "go off" and causes death or great bodily harm to someone or a mass group of people? Who’s going to answer for that? What are you going to tell the families of the victims? The NRA won't say shit but try to justify it with the same following rhetoric they always do so that gun manufactures can sell more guns because they (NRA) get their cut out of it:

"We need more Good Guys with guns to stop Bad Guys with guns."

See it doesn't matter until it hits home. What’s more is that the “WebMD.com” had this to say in regards to people with PTSD:

“The brains of people with PTSD process "threats" differently, in part because the balance of chemicals called neurotransmitters is out of whack. They have an easily triggered "fight or flight" response, which is what makes you jumpy and on-edge. Constantly trying to shut that down could lead to feeling emotionally cold and removed.”

UPDATE: Saturday January 6th, 2018. Still Cyber-Harrassing me. I wish he would just stop. He needs help. He says: "I came here specifically to make fun of you like everyone else that comes here."

And this guy is literally on drugs for all intensive purposes and has already displayed public acts of aberrant, socially destructive and psychologically deviant behavior and no one has said anything! I'm not even going to write anymore. I’m going to let the pharmaceutical companies speak to you about the dangerous side effects of their drugs and how it has the power to adversely affect the Mental Health of people like Rusty Guenard.

Rusty Guenard wakes up at 7:32 in the morning only to insult and belittle women that are learning how to use a firearm for Personal Protection. DISGUSTING!

Fluoxetine (Prozac)

“Upset stomach, drowsiness, weakness or tiredness, excitement or anxiety, insomnia, nightmares, dry mouth, skin more sensitive to sunlight than usual, changes in appetite or weight.”

Paroxetine (Paxil)

“You should know that Paroxetine may make you drowsy and affect your judgment and thinking. Do not drive a car or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you.”

“It is important that you also inform your doctor if you use or have ever used street drugs.” “You should know that Paroxetine may make you drowsy and affect your judgment and thinking.

“Additionally, you should be aware that your mental health may change in unexpected ways, especially at the beginning of your treatment and any time that your dose is increased or decreased.” “You, your family, or caregiver should call your doctor right away if you experience any of the following symptoms: new or worsening depression; thinking about harming or killing yourself, or planning or trying to do so; extreme worry; agitation; panic attacks; difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep; aggressive behavior; irritability; acting without thinking; severe restlessness; and frenzied abnormal excitement.”

Sertraline (Zoloft)

“Attempts to commit suicide. Acting aggressive or violent. New or worse depression. Feeling agitated, restless, angry, or irritable. An increase in activity or talking more than what is normal for you. Acting on dangerous impulses. Thoughts about suicide or dying. New or worse anxiety or panic attacks. Trouble sleeping. Other unusual changes in behavior or mood.”

Venlafaxine (Effexor)

“Patients should also be watched for becoming agitated, irritable, hostile, aggressive, impulsive, or restless. Such symptoms should be reported to the patient's doctor right away.”

 He just won't stop.
