I have to say with great certainty that the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system has yet again evolved and I predict that it will continue to do so in the near future and beyond. The reason why I say this is because there was so many different avenues in which I could have went down in order to cultivate the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system into what it is as of now.
It seems almost like day by day and week by week the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system becomes more robust and more practical than it previously was before. When I say practical, I don't mean it in the sense that it was never a practical system in the first place. No! But what I mean when I say practical, is that I have personally and professionally observed that the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system has allowed the user to utilize multiple weapon systems in ways that was never before imagined.
Everything from the different types of Extractions and Draws to the Extension and Compression of the weapon systems, to the kinds of weapon systems that may be used to further articulate the premise and train of logic as it pertains to the system has evolved.
I have to say that writing the training manual for the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system has been both not only enlightening and has filled my personal and professional need to create something new and useful for one of my passions. This is a good thing because it has allowed me to thoroughly challenge, examine, reconsider and even isolate myself so that I can take the time out to re-articulate from a different perspective what I knew to be fact.
Many people in the Gun Game have expressed their concerns over the Extraction and Drawing of the weapon systems as it regards to time and feasibility. But I have to tell you that time is not an issue at all. How fast one Extracts and Draws when deploying the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system under both static and dynamic conditions will be totally up to them. Either way Extracting and Drawing will be ultimately subjected to the relativity of the Gun-Fight at hand.
Moreover, I have to express the fact that the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system is not predicated or built upon the normal [linear] train of thought that’s currently out there in regards to SD (Self-Defense). This kind of logic behind what I am talking about will be covered in the up coming book and my first ever Training DVD that will be out in the Fall of next year (2018).
The E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system is truly an Advance System. To the cowan or in this case commoner, it can be considered too complex for Gun-Fighting. But that it's only because such a person may not be well-versed in the knowledge, skills, attitude and the dexterity necessary to deploy this particular fighting system. And that is OK, because everything is not for everybody.
Furthermore, like any system and pretty much anything in life for that matter it [E.D.A./E.C.K.™ System] will have its limitations and it has its flaws. But this is a good thing because flaws when correctly observed and analyzed are necessary to facilitate the growth and development of any system (or anything in life for that matter).
However, beyond the limitations of the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system, I really have a deep appreciation for this system because of its uniqueness. Let's face it, anyone can stand there and punch out and fire a couple of rounds. Likewise, anyone can press the trigger and achieve shots on target. But this is not what I'm concerned about.
What I'm concerned about is the "why" , the "essence", the "premise of", the "predication", simply put I'm concerned about the causality that is involved each time anyone presses the trigger for whatever reason. It's not necessarily about when you press to trigger, it is more about how you press the trigger and why you decided to press the trigger in the fashion that you did. Hence, the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system addresses this desire to know. Remember, violence like most things in life is an Art. It is what lies behind the eyes of the Artists that matters most.
Beyond the abstract philosophical use of the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system, many people were concerned about how the system functions concretely. The critical things that they really wanted to know was how to charge the weapon system and even how to load the weapon system under stress. Being the creator of the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system I can assure you that all of these things have been worked out a long time ago.
The big thing I would say is that it takes one to have good dexterity, fluidity and the focusing of building muscle memory in order to efficiently use the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system in the manner that is both consistent with the desire of the practitioner and the neutralization of the bad guy(s).
In addition, I have to say that I have seen some people who have somewhat attempted to utilize the knife and a gun in combination together for filming purposes. Consequently, I seen that those people are missing many of the things that I bring to the table. It doesn't make those people bad (let me say that first). But it doesn't make those people necessarily good (or even better). I think that it's just that I bring a different perspective to this method of Gun-Fighting.
Again, the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system is very different in many aspects based upon what I've seen and created. I'm able to hold this stance because the E.D.A./E.C.K.™ system is more defined and refined then those few systems that have been shown to the public which may appear to be similar in format.
